This Purchase Order is valid from 16 May 2018 and applies to all orders that will be delivered to us after this date.


We consider the order you submit binding, so we take immediate steps to ensure that your order can be processed.

After completing the order on the e-shop, it will be automatically sent to your e-mail.

You will receive an Order Confirmation by e-mail as soon as possible, stating the delivery date. In the case of an advance invoice payment, an advance invoice with the payment details will be sent to you with the Confirmation.

If this does not happen - you failed to correctly complete any step in the registration or order, then we do not know your order and we can not deliver the goods. We offer a 5% discount on all products sold through this e-shop except ACCESSORIES (gallery, HVE, RIP, detectors etc.).

Delivery of goods

We deliver the goods in the shortest possible time - usually within 7 to 14 working days from the date of dispatch of your order, unless stated otherwise.

The transport price is determined individually according to the assortment (weight of goods) and the distance of the customer from the supplier. on request.

Payment options

  1. Cash for personal collection
  2. By bank transfer advance invoice
  3. Bank transfer by invoice with maturity (only agreed companies)
  4. Cash on delivery, you pay the value of the goods, including transport and cash on delivery, when you receive your shipment.

Cash on delivery is charged according to the amount of cash on delivery:
Cash on delivery up to CZK 10,000 - cash on delivery - CZK 52
Cash on delivery from CZK 10,001 - cash on delivery - CZK 100.

We provide deliveries using delivery services (PPL, DSV) and Czech Post.

Accompanying documents (delivery note or test report, declaration of conformity, guarantee certificate and product quality and completeness certificate, assembly and operating instructions) are part of the shipment.
